These confetti bags are perfect to help celebrate with your guests and they are completely biodegradable and will float on even the slightest breeze. They come with the confetti included in the bag.

I hand make all the confetti myself. And the tissue is from a UK supplier.
The bags and tissue are eco friendly.
The confetti is not designed to "dissolve." Instead, it breaks down or degrades with some time. Water and warm weather speeds up this process. So, I like to say that after a few short days, most of it would be completely gone.
